I conducted a competitive analysis by reviewing the most popular photo management apps to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation.
I conducted interviews with users who regularly take and organize photos. The affinity mapping helped identify key pain points and user needs.
The main user groups represented by personas:
The user flow was designed to make photo management feel intuitive and effortless.
I have identified my key task user flows for the core features of the app.
The information architecture organizes photos into intuitive categories and pathways.
Low-fidelity wireframes established the core layout and navigation structure.
The UI components and brand identity were designed to create a clean, photo-centric experience. The design system ensures consistency across all screens while letting the photos remain the focus.
The final design focuses on letting photos take center stage with a minimal, elegant interface that makes navigation effortless.
